Section 22
Articles of Association and Regulations to be published
: (1) A public company shall publish its articles of association and regulations within three months of receiving the license to start business.
(2) In case of any amendment in the articles of association and regulations of a public company, the revised articles of association and regulations shall be published within three months of such amendment.
(3) The articles of association and regulations published in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2) of the public company shall be kept at the registered office of the company so that they can be made available when requested by the stakeholders.
